《海边的朝日与骗子们》是去年福岛中央电视台创立50周年纪念作品，故事围绕着守护电影院，电影文化展开！去年已经播出了电视剧特别版，此次的电影版是讲述电视剧版之前的故事。本片将于今年9月10日在日本上映，福岛县则将在8月27日先行上映。
