　　鬼影喧嚣疯狂回归。新的一季再续前言，四个新房客入住鬼宅遭异灵纠缠。一个女人像第一季男主角一样能看到鬼魂，以致情绪混乱、生活脱离正轨，到鬼宅后情况愈加严重。她和一个对鬼魅充满好奇的房客试图找出缘由。鬼宅里的每个房客都有自己的秘密。凯特回到这个疯人院公寓，她父亲瓦伦正极力想洗去公寓黑暗的历史，把公寓房出租，从中获利。
