　　瘦虎（麦嘉饰）和肥龙（洪金宝饰）是警局里的最佳拍档，屡立奇功。这次，他们收到消息，前往追捕大毒贩太子德。不料，两人和太子德的一番龙争虎斗，竟然意外搅祸了香港警务处副处长的婚礼，虽然最终拘捕了太子德，两人却因激怒了上司而不得不暂时休假。
　　两人趁闲来无事，前往新加坡旅游，意外结识了两名当地女子并成为好友。岂料，这时太子德保释外出，为了报仇雪恨，特意雇了杀手前往新加坡找瘦虎、肥龙寻仇。两人虽然大难不死，但却连累了两位好友身受重伤。由于正在停职期间，两人决定以牙还牙！

　　故事发生在1910年的伦敦，班克斯先生（DavidTomlinson饰）是一名银行职员，而班克斯太太（格莱妮丝·约翰斯GlynisJohns饰）则醉心于女权运动，公务缠身的两人顾不上照料膝下的一双儿女麦克（MatthewGarber饰）和珍妮（KarenDotrice饰），只有请保姆代劳，可是，夫妻两人并不知道的是，古灵精怪的兄妹两，哪里是普通的保姆能够招架的了的！
　　一位名叫玛丽（朱丽·安德鲁斯JulieAndrews饰）漂亮姑娘来到了班克斯家应聘保姆的职位，她刚刚出场就令麦克和珍妮留下了深刻的印象。原来，玛丽是一位仙女，她的到来让两个孩子重新感受到了亲情和友情，亦让班克斯先生和太太明白了什么才是生命中最终要的东西。

　　东北某地突发怪异事件，村民谢一飞的羊一夜之间全部消失不见，毫无踪迹，他想娶寡妇大娟的计划也在孙子谢小谢和情敌王二周的使坏下泡汤。为了查明羊的踪迹，谢一飞踏上了寻找的道路，却不料中途被外星人莫吉绑架，因此意外得知外星人想要把村子挪到外星球展览的计划。谢一飞死里逃生回到家通知村民紧急撤离，却被众人误解、嘲笑，无奈之下，谢一飞只能自己出马保护村民，由此展开了一场令人捧腹的“地球保卫战”。

　　这是一部非常真实的爱情喜剧电影，每个人都能从中找到自己的影子。

　　Afterbrieflyeludingeveryone,ArnoordersCookietomakethecarinvisible,buttheyarespottedonadirtroadinapark.DeducingArnowillnotleavetownbutgotohishomeinstead,DexterdrivesthereandforcesArno'scarintoaswimmingpoolwhereit,themoney,andthemenbecomevisible.Arnoandhishenchmenarearrested.DexterandtheothersdashtothepresentationoftheForsytheAwardandpleadforonemoreopportunitytodemonstratetheirinvention.FrustratedbyDexter'sdetermination,HigginsintervenesjustasDexterspraysSchuyler,and,again,thereisnoresult.Realizingthedipinthepoolhasdilutedtheformula,DextertriestoexplaintoForsythe.JustwhenHigginstellseveryoneforthelasttimethatinvisibilitydoesnotexist,thetophalfofhimbecomesinvisible,thusshockingthegroupandwinningthetopprizetosaveMedfieldforanotheryear.

　　美国少妇瑞姬•蓝伯特（奥黛丽•赫本饰）在法国梅杰夫滑雪场偶遇一位自称皮特•乔舒亚（加里•格兰特GaryGrant饰）的男子。瑞姬返回巴黎，发现家中被洗劫一空，丈夫查尔斯遇害。瑞姬被美国使馆传召，结识了CIA特工汉密尔顿（华特•马修WalterMatthau饰），才发现原来查尔斯葬礼上出现的三名怪客是他二战时贪污黄金的同伴：泰克斯（詹姆士•柯本JamesCoburn饰），赫尔曼（乔治•肯尼迪GeorgeKennedy饰）和利奥波德（奈德•格拉斯NedGlass饰）。汉密尔顿要求瑞姬帮助政府寻找失踪的黄金，而三名怪客也对瑞姬紧追不放。危急时皮特突然现身救美。正当瑞姬陷入情网之际，三怪客纷纷遇害，矛头指向身份变幻莫测的皮特，瑞姬也陷入空前危机。

　　一名女子Brooke（爱丽丝·伊芙AliceEve饰）急着赶1:30开往波士顿的火车，然而终究晚了一步，Nick（克里斯·埃文斯ChrisEvans饰）捡起她匆忙中遗落的手机，得知失窃的她必须及时赶回家中，Nick想要施以援手，然而信用卡不能使用，机缘巧合下，陌生的两个人通过彼此内心的交谈，重新找回生活方向。这是克里斯·埃文斯的导演处女作，有点类似于理查德·林克莱特《日落之前》系列的电影，埃文斯还会担任主演和制片人，《雨人》罗纳德·巴斯编剧。

　　纽约布鲁克林黑人社区生活着各个族群的人：黑人、意大利移民、韩国人.....意大利移民Sal（丹尼·爱罗DannyAiello饰）和他的两个儿子在这里经营一家比萨店很久了，Mookie（斯派克·李SpikeLee饰）在店里负责送外卖，经常和Sal的儿子闹矛盾。RadioRaheem（BillNunn饰）是一个喜欢提着一个收音机大声放着音乐到处走的年轻人。炎热的一天，黑人小伙Buggin'Out（吉安卡罗·埃斯波西托GiancarloEsposito饰）发现比萨店墙上挂着的名人照片里没有一个黑人，十分不满；而Radio来到比萨店，却被Sal要求关掉收音机。心怀不满的Buggin'Out和Radio决定找Sal讨个说法，三人在争执中，Sal把Radio的收音机砸烂了。Radio大怒，便和Sal打了起来。警察赶来了，围观的人也越来越多，一场种族间的暴乱即将到来......
　　本片被提名62届奥斯卡最佳男配角、最佳改编剧本，本片的成功使黑人导演斯派克李在好莱坞大放异彩。
